What is All Walks Ole Miss?

The All Walks Project was started in 2014 as an advocacy organization working to raise awareness of human trafficking in the United States. Now, as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the project serves as a resource to other anti-trafficking organizations and service providers by providing volunteers, resources and operational support for education, training and survivor reintegration programs.

Human trafficking is an issue that affects people from every walk of life, and it will take people from all walks of life to end it.

The University of Mississippi chapter of All Walks was established in 2018. As a campus organization, we hope to raise awareness and enact change in our university community.

Our Mission

Our goal as a campus organization is to educate our members so they can raise awareness, engage our university community and challenge our campus to effect lasting change against the global human trafficking industry.

Meet The Team

Phoebe

Phoebe Lavin is a senior Psychology major from Scottsdale, Arizona, and President of All Walks Ole Miss.  As the co-founder of All Walks Ole Miss, Phoebe works to promote human trafficking awareness throughout Oxford and the state of Mississippi.  She learned about new legislative issues in class she wanted to change. Phoebe realized in one semester it wouldn’t be possible to change much, so she founded All Walks Ole Miss to continue to shed light on the human trafficking industry and expose more students to the current problems.

Kaci

Kaci Crawford is a senior Chemical Engineering major from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and Vice President of All Walks Ole Miss. Her responsibilities include organizing meetings,  working with the president to plan activities, and networking with other organizations. Kaci realized the severity of human trafficking when a local ring was busted in her hometown of Tuscaloosa. Through a Human Trafficking Law and Policy class, Kaci learned more about the problems surrounding human trafficking such as law enforcement training and the foster care system.  Inspired by recent events in her hometown and class, Kaci decided to start All Walks at Ole Miss in order to make a difference.

Hayden

Hayden Benge is a senior IMC major from Tulsa, Oklahoma and the Marketing Coordinator for All Walks Ole Miss. She creates marketing materials and content through platforms like social media, brochures, and stickers to help spread awareness.
